The Consortium holds quarterly meetings open to all Sugar Hill residents and supporters.

Winter Meeting

January — Annual planning and priority-setting for the year ahead.

Spring Meeting

March — Progress updates, spring/summer event planning, and new business.

Summer Meeting

June — Mid-year review, committee reports, and community feedback.

Fall Meeting

September — Year-end review, elections (odd years), and holiday planning.

Meetings are typically held on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Location and specific dates are announced via our newsletter and social media. Special meetings may be called as needed.
